PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driver diagnostic device capable of diagnosing the physiological conditions of a driver accurately and continuously.SOLUTION: The driver diagnostic device 1 having a diagnosis section 15 for diagnosing the physiological conditions of the driver based on two or more pieces of physiological information, includes: a response request section 10 for requesting the response of the driver a response acquisition section 11 to acquire the response of the driver to the request of the response request section 10 a response state determining section 12 for determining whether an abnormality occurs in the physiological conditions of the driver based on the state of the acquired response a physiological condition estimation section 13 for estimating the disease of the driver based on the response when it is determined that the abnormality occurs in the physiological conditions of the driver by the response state determining section 12 and a weighting section 14 for weighting the physiological information to be influenced by the disease of the driver which is estimated by the physiological condition estimation section 13.
