PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural sheet laying device intended for solving such problems that crops are damaged by a laid agricultural sheet and crop growth is inhibited in the case of covering a soil surface after sowing or planting using a flat, inexpensive and general agricultural sheet.SOLUTION: This agricultural sheet laying device 13 comprises drawing out an agricultural sheet 12 with device body running, and covering a soil surface with the agricultural sheet 12, and has a looseness-giving means which gives looseness to the agricultural sheet 12 covering the soil surface.
