To provide a plant cure sheet capable of having heat insulation property and suppressing dew condensation in a cold environment and a laying device using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a plant cure sheet comprising a fiber cloth whose permeability in JIS L 1096 A method (Frazier method) is 400 cm/cms or greater and light transmission factor is 70% or greater. There is also provided a laying device using the same plant cure sheet formed by connecting a cylinder which has connection means on an outer peripheral face thereof along an axial direction and the plant cure sheet through the connection means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】寒い環境下において保温性を有しかつ結露の発生も抑制した植物養生シート及びこれを用いた敷設装置を提供する。【解決手段】ＪＩＳ Ｌ１０９６ Ａ法（フラジール形法）での通気度が４００ｃｍ3／ｃｍ2・ｓ以上、光の透過率が７０％以上である繊維布帛を含む植物養生シートが提供される。軸方向に沿って外周面に接続手段を有する筒状体と、当該接続手段を介して上記の植物養生シートとを接続してなる植物養生シート敷設装置がさらに提供される。【選択図】図１
