PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a rational method for manufacturing pickles device with a little burden, and the method that is compatible with the vertical movement of an inner lid and the change in up and down, left and right, diagonal inclination and depth without difficulty, and is easy to use.SOLUTION: Removable fixing components 3 are attached on the upper four corners of an inner wall surface 2 of a box-type device body 1. Removable functional components 5, 37 of each one set of eight sets of four sets of pressurization unit 4A type or four sets of B type are mounted and fixed to each removable fixing component 3. A thin line component 11 is fitted in one place of a pressurizer fixing component 30, and A-type vertical fittings 7, 41 are pushed down to the outside and the thin line components 9, 11 are fitted in the groove, and thereby a double block is formed. The B-type thin line component 11 is fitted in one place of the pressurizer fixing component 30, and vertical fittings 7, 41 are pushed down to the outside, and thereby a single block is formed. Then, one set of one hand is executed as well in an opposite direction at the opposite side to press and pressurize contents.
