The present invention relates to carvedilol sulfate crystals, preparation methods and pharmaceutical use thereof, particularly relates to form A, form B, form C and form D crystals of carvedilol sulfate for treating hypertension, congestive heart failure and angina pectoris, preparation methods and pharmaceutical use thereof. The preparation methods comprise crystallizing random crystal form or amorphous form of carvedilol sulfate solid with conventional polar organic solvents and their aqueous solution to obtain form A, form B, form C or form D crystal. The present invention disclosed carvedilol sulfate crystals have good crystal morphology, and the used solvent for crystallization are low toxicity and low residue.
