The present invention relates to a composition for preventing a biofilm formation of a microorganism comprising an extract of hydrolyzing a clove solvent extract as an active ingredient and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a clove extract treated with enzymatic hydrolysis on a clove solvent extract, and to a composition for preventing a biofilm formation of a pathogenic strain comprising a clove extract which is extracted by using the method.
