PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of performing an examination on strabismus and heterophoria of an eye to be examined quickly and easily.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus 10 includes: a measurement optical system 21； an image pickup device 31g as an image acquisition unit； a target projection system 32； a rotational drive unit 24, 25； a pupil center detection unit 26c for detecting a pupil center of an eye to be examined from an image of the anterior eye part of the eye to be examined acquired by the image pickup device 31g in a state that a fixation target is presented； and a corneal reflex position detection unit 26d for detecting a position of the corneal reflex of the eye to be examined on the basis of a point image obtained when a light parallel to an optical axis incident onto the eye to be examined from the measurement optical system 21 is imaged in the eye to be examined. The rotational drive unit 24, 25 rotates the measurement optical system 21 with an eyeball rotation axis of the eye to be examined as a central axis so that the pupil center coincides with the position of the corneal reflex.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検眼の斜視、斜位の検査を迅速かつ容易に行うことが可能な眼科装置を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置１０を、測定光学系２１、画像取得部としての撮像素子３１ｇ、視標投影系３２、回旋駆動部２４，２５、固視標を呈示した状態で撮像素子３１ｇが取得した被検眼の前眼部画像から被検眼の瞳孔中心を検出する瞳孔中心検出部２６ｃ、測定光学系２１から被検眼に入射される光軸に平行な光線が被検眼内で結像して得られる点像に基づいて、被検眼の角膜反射の位置を検出する角膜反射位置検出部２６ｄを備えて構成する。記回旋駆動部２４，２５は、瞳孔中心と角膜反射の位置とが一致するように、測定光学系２１を、被検眼の眼球回旋軸を中心軸として回旋させる。【選択図】図５
