PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic measuring device for acquiring information on a cornea rear face of an eye to be examined with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic measuring device 1 includes: a projection optical system 10 for projecting an index toward the cornea of an eye E to be examined an imaging optical system 20 for capturing a first Purkinje image and a second Purkinje image by the index projected on the cornea by the projection optical system 10 with an imaging device 27 a fixation optical system 50 having an internal fixation index provided in a device body that can guide a visual axial direction of the eye E to be examined to a direction inclined with respect to an imaging optical axis L1 and a control unit 100 for acquiring information on a cornea rear face of the eye E to be examined based on the second Purkinje image captured by the imaging device 27.
