A Taiwanofungus Camphorates-containing cereal product and manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The method involves: a) providing a culture medium formed by at least one type of grain, water and sugar； b) inoculating Taiwanofungus Camphorates strains onto the culture medium； c) having the Taiwanofungus Camphorates strains to grow into Taiwanofungus Camphorates mycelium； and d) drying the culture medium carrying the Taiwanofungus Camphorates mycelium at low temperature so as to obtain the Taiwanofungus Camphorates-containing cereal product.本發明係一種牛樟芝穀物製品製造方法及依此法製成之牛樟芝穀物製品，該方法包括下列步驟：a)提供一培養基，該培養基主要係由至少一種穀物、水及糖所混合而成；b)將牛樟芝菌體接種至培養基上；c)待牛樟芝菌體於培養基上長成牛樟芝菌絲；以及d)將含有牛樟芝菌絲之培養基進行低溫乾燥，藉此製得牛樟芝穀物製品。
