PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dry and polysulfone-based hollow fiber membrane type blood purification device having superior antioxidant performance and hemocompability, facilitating priming, and having high stability in antioxidation under a severe environment.SOLUTION: This hollow fiber membrane type blood purification device includes hollow fiber membranes containing a polysulfone resin 1, a hydrophilic polymer 2, and a fat-soluble vitamin 5. The abundance of the fat-soluble vitamin 5 in the hollow fiber membrane surface is not less than 0.5 mg and not more than 25 mg per gram of the hollow fiber membrane. A hydrophilic compound 3, including a water content, of not less than 5 mass% and not more than 50 mass% with respect to the dry-type weight of the hollow fiber membrane is attached to the hollow fiber membrane.
