An inter-strain shifting mechanism provided in a power transmission unit that transmits power to shift the driving speed of the seedling planting device with respect to the traveling speed, an inter-strain shifting lever 77 that operates the inter-strain shifting mechanism, a driver's seat, and a side of the driver's seat. An opening 111 is formed in the front region of the driver's seat, and an inter-stock speed change lever 77 is operably arranged from the opening 11.
