PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems associated with a work vehicle enabling both a seated-posture operation where an operation mechanism disposed in front of a driver seat is operated for traveling while a driver is seated facing front on the driver seat and a walking posture operation where the operation mechanism is operated while the driver out of the driver seat is standing upright on a road surface in front of the mechanism and walking backward, the problems in which, in a case where the travel direction during the walking/operating is reverse to the travel direction of the aforementioned seated-posture operation, the driver is required to walk backward while the walking/operation, as opposed to the travel forward during the seated-posture operation, causing the travel operation at a high-speed forward start or travel to be more dangerous for the driver.SOLUTION: A work vehicle comprises: a seat sensor 3 for detecting an event of a driver out of a driver seat and a transmission sensor 4 for detecting a forward high-speed position FH of a transmission lever 20 so as to restrain a forward high-speed travel if the seat sensor 3 and transmission sensor 4 are both detected.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】運転席前側に配置の操作機構を、運転席に前向き姿勢に着座して走行操作する乗席姿勢操作と、運転席を降りて操作機構の前側路面に立ち後向き歩行姿勢で操作する歩行姿勢操作とを行うことができる作業車両にあっては、歩行操作時の走行方向が乗席操作時の走行方向と逆向き走行になると、乗席操作時には前進走行であったものが、歩行操作の際には運転者にとって後向きの歩行操作となり、前進高速での発進や走行は、運行操作の危険度が一層大きくなる。【解決手段】運転者の降席を検出するシートセンサ3と、変速レバー20の前進高速位置FHを検出する変速センサ4とを設け、シートセンサ3と変速センサ4の両方が検知状態のときには前進高速での走行をできないよう牽制することを特徴とする作業車両の構成とする。【選択図】図1
