The present invention provides a piezo-electric based pulse sensor system which measures a pulse signal by using a piezo-electric material based flexible pulse sensor and simultaneously can supply a power through microscopic physical stimulation on the human skin without supplying a separate external power through the power generated from the flexible pulse sensor. According to the present invention, the piezo-electric based pulse sensor system comprises: a signal measurement part having a flexible pulse device a signal processing part amplifying and filtering the pulse signal detected from the measurement part and an LED outputting part capable of recognizing whether a pulse exists by using the power generated from the signal processing part. The flexible pulse device includes: a flexible substrate and a power generating device stacked on the flexible substrate, and capable of functioning as a thin film energy device.
