PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly compressively molded charcoal-based deodorizing and dehumidifying material and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the deodorizing and dehumidifying effect of the material by securing the high intensity of the material without thermal treatment.CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly compressively molded charcoal-based deodorizing and dehumidifying material is obtained by mixing 60-70 weight% of charcoal powder, 25-35 weight% of sealant, and 5-25 weight% of the mixed material of glass water and cellulose. An ageing process and a drying process are further implemented during the mixing process. A cutting process and a grinding process are implemented after the mixing process. Moisture is eliminated from the ground product. Moisture eliminated product is compressively molded.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 숯을 주원료로 하여 친환경 성분만으로 이루어지는 친환경 압축성형 숯 탈취ㆍ탈습제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 열처리를 하지 않아도 높은 강도를 가지며 탈취 탈습효과가 향상되는 압축성형 숯 탈취ㆍ탈습제 및 그 제조방법에 관한 발명이다.본 발명의 압축성형 숯 탈취ㆍ탈습제는 숯 분말 60~70중량%와 실란트(sealant) 25~35중량%와 폴리비닐알콜과 정점제 혼합물 3~5중량%와 숯 탈취 탈습제에는 유리물과 셀롤로이스 혼합물 2~5중량%를 혼합 반죽 및 압축 성형하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명에 따른 압축 성형 숯 탈취ㆍ탈습제는 열처리를 하지 않고 압축 성형을 하여도 쉽게 부서지지 않고 일정한 형태를 유지하며 높은 강도를 가지는 효과가 있다.
