A universal driving apparatus comprises a support member, a rotation member, a motor, and a control unit. The support member is coupled to a frame of a moving apparatus, and the rotation member is in contact with a wheel of the moving apparatus while the universal driving apparatus is coupled to the frame. As the control unit drives the motor, a driving force of the motor is transmitted to the wheel through the rotation member that is in contact with the wheel. Without changing design of the moving apparatus, the universal driving apparatus is detachably mounted in the moving apparatus to transmit a driving force to the wheel of the moving apparatus. Therefore, the universal driving apparatus can be used for various types of moving apparatuses.범용 구동장치는 지지부재와, 회전부재와, 모터와, 제어부를 포함한다. 지지부재는 이동장치의 프레임에 결합되며, 회전부재는 범용 구동장치가 프레임에 결합되는 동안에 이동장치의 바퀴에 접촉한다. 제어부는 모터를 구동시킴으로써 바퀴에 접촉한 회전부재를 통해 모터의 구동력이 바퀴에 전달되게 한다. 이동장치의 설계를 변경하지 않고도 이동장치에 착탈 가능하게 장착되어 이동장치의 바퀴에 구동력을 전달할 수 있으므로, 범용 구동장치는 다양한 종류의 이동장치에 사용될 수 있다.
