1. A composition comprising a melt processed solid dispersion product comprising based on total product weight: (a) one or more active components (b) from 10 to 90% (w / w..) At least one pharmaceutically acceptable thermoplastic polymer N-vinyllactams and (c) from 5 to 60% (wt. / wt.) at least one pharmaceutically acceptable graft copolymer of polyvinyl alcohol and polialkilenglikolya.2. Composition according to claim 1, wherein the solid dispersion product additionally comprises from 5 to 20% (wt. / Wt.) Of at least one plastifikatora.3. Composition according to claim 2, wherein the plasticizer is polyethylene glycol having an average molecular weight of from 600 to 6000 dalton.4. Composition according to any one of claim 1, wherein the pharmaceutically acceptable copolymer comprises a graft chain of a vinyl alcohol polymer having the general structure :-( CH-CH (O)) -, and the polyalkylene glycol chain of the general structure: HO- (CH-CH-O) - H.5. Composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein at least one pharmaceutically acceptable thermoplastic polymer N-vinyllactams selected from homopolymers and copolymers of N-vinilpirrolidona.6. Composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein at least one pharmaceutically acceptable thermoplastic polymer N-vinyllactams selected from copolymers of N-vinylpyrrolidone and vinyl acetate or vinilpropionata.7. Composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the active component (s) is present in a substantially non-crystalline sostoyanii.8. Composition according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the active ingredient is selected from ibuprofen, fenofibrate and paratsetamola.9.
