The present invention provides an egg incubator, which comprises a box, a CO2 sensing unit, at least one fan, and a controller. The box comprises an incubation chamber, at least one air outlet and at least one air inlet. The CO2 sensing unit is configured within the incubation chamber for sensing the CO2 concentration in the incubation chamber. The fan is configured on the box corresponding to the air outlet. The controller is electrically connected with the CO2 sensing unit and the fan. When the controller determined the CO2 concentration in the incubation chamber is greater than a first predetermined CO2 concentration based on the signal from the CO2 sensing unit, the controller will control the fan to rotate and thus exhaust the air within the incubation chamber to the outside through the air outlet and inhale the ambient air into the incubation chamber through the air inlet.
