The present invention relates to a pest control method of a chicken farm using carbon dioxide. More specifically, the pest control method of a chicken farm using carbon dioxide comprises: a step of sealing a chicken farm； a first carbon dioxide gas supply step of supplying carbon dioxide gas for killing pests including fowl ticks into the chicken farm by a carbon dioxide supply device installed inside or outside the chicken farm； and a second carbon dioxide gas supply step of supplying carbon dioxide gas before imagos, into which eggs of the pests surviving without being killed after the time of supplying the carbon dioxide gas hatch to grow, lay eggs. According to the present invention, the carbon dioxide gas is supplied into the chicken farm by the carbon dioxide supply device installed inside or outside the chicken farm to resolve side effects caused by the use of conventional pesticides. Also, carbon dioxide gas is secondly supplied before imagos, into which eggs of the pests surviving without being killed after the first supply time of the carbon dioxide gas killing imagos hatch to grow, lay eggs to exterminate larvae and eggs of pests, specifically larvae and eggs of fowl ticks.본 발명은 이산화탄소를 이용한 양계장의 해충 방제방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 양계장을 밀폐하는 단계； 상기 양계장의 내부 또는 외부에 설치된 이산화탄소 공급 장치에서 상기 양계장 내부로 가금류 진드기를 포함한 해충을 살충하기 위한 이산화탄소 가스를 공급하는 제1차 이산화탄소 가스 공급 단계； 및 상기 이산화탄소 가스를 공급하는 시점 이후 살충되지 않고 생존한 상기 해충의 알이 부화하여 성장한 성충이 알을 산란하기 전에 이산화탄소 가스를 공급하는 제2차 이산화탄소 가스 공급 단계를 포함한다.본 발명에 따르면, 양계장의 내부 또는 외부에 설치된 이산화탄소 공급 장치에서 상기 양계장 내부로 이산화탄소 가스를 공급함으로써, 종래의 살충제 사용에서 오는 부작용을 해소할 수 있다. 또한, 성충을 살충한 제1차 이산화탄소 가스 공급 시점 이후 살충되지 않고 생존한 상기 해충의 알이 부화하여 성장한 성충이 알을 산란하기 전에 제2차 이산화탄소 가스 공급을 함으로써 해충의 유충 및알, 특히 닭 진드기의 유충 및 알까지 박멸할 수 있는 우수한 효과가 있다.
