PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide patches that have low skin irritation while having sufficient skin adherence when attached to the skin, have excellent rotigotine skin permeability, and exert sufficient percutaneous absorption properties.SOLUTION: The invention provides patches in which an adhesive layer retaining a drug on a support is formed, in which more than 50 parts by weight of the adhesive layer to 100 parts by weight of the elastomer, a thermoplastic elastomer, 800 parts by weight or less of a nonvolatile hydrocarbon oil, and rotigotine or a salt thereof are contained, and a tackifier may be contained, as well as the content thereof in the adhesive layer is 10% by weight or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】皮膚に貼付した際に、十分な皮膚粘着性を有しながら皮膚刺激性が低く、かつロチゴチンの皮膚透過性が良好で、十分な経皮吸収性を示す貼付剤を提供すること。【解決手段】支持体上に薬物を保持する粘着剤層が形成された貼付剤において、前記粘着剤層を、熱可塑性エラストマー、該エラストマー１００重量部に対して５０重量部を超え、８００重量部以下の不揮発性炭化水素油、およびロチゴチンまたはその塩を含み、かつ粘着付与剤を含んでいてもよく、その粘着剤層中における含有量が１０重量％以下であるものとする。【選択図】なし
