PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch which has a good feel and low skin irritation, while having a sufficient adhesiveness when placing it on the skin, and has good skin permeability of aripiprazole, and exhibits sufficient percutaneous absorption properties.SOLUTION: In a patch where an adhesive layer retaining a drug is formed on a support, the adhesive layer comprises a thermoplastic elastomer, more than 300 pts.wt. of a liquid component to 100 pts.wt. of the elastomer, and aripiprazole and organic acid, and if the adhesive layer comprises a tackifier, the content thereof in the adhesive layer is 10 wt.% or less.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】皮膚に貼付した際に、十分な粘着性を有しながら風合いが良く低皮膚刺激性であり、かつアリピプラゾールの皮膚透過性が良好で、十分な経皮吸収性を示す貼付剤を提供すること。【解決手段】支持体上に薬物を保持する粘着層が形成された貼付剤において、前記粘着層を、熱可塑性エラストマー、該エラストマー100重量部に対して300重量部を超える液状成分、アリピプラゾールおよび有機酸を含み、かつ、粘着付与剤を含む場合は、粘着層におけるその含有量が10重量%以下であるものとする。【選択図】図1
