PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting implement of a transplanter, having a seedling guide well keeping the moving posture of seedlings before planting, easy in right and left position adjustment of the seedling guide when attaching the seedling guide at the support element side of the lower end of the seedling table via an attaching member, and scarcely causing position deviation.SOLUTION: The planting implement comprises a supporting member 26 supporting the lower end side of the seedling table 12, and a planting claw 22 set at the lower side of the supporting member 26. A seedling guide 36 is attached to and supported by the supporting member 26 side with an attaching member 39, while holding the moving posture of the seedlings before planting. An attaching groove 27 in a lateral direction for attaching an adjusting mechanism 28 adjusting the seedling-scraping amount of the planting claw 22 is formed to be depression on the supporting member 26.
