PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter which makes traveling performance and operability favorable by securing a rear view field at retreating at planting work without burden on a worker, and can efficiently utilize an engine output.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: front wheels 10 and rear wheels 11 a seedling planting part 4 having a planter 52 and arranged so as to be liftable an engine 20 a planting operation lever 33 for the switching operation of the lift of the seedling planting part 4, the planting operation or the like of the planter 52 a guide groove 110 of the planting operation lever 33 a traveling operation lever 36 which operates progressing and retreating traveling and a traveling speed a retreating lift connecting mechanism in which the planting operation lever 33 is switched to a lift position by the retreating operation of the traveling operation lever 36 and a guide regulation groove 112 which is continuously formed at the side of a neutral position 110b of the guide groove 110, and regulates the movement of the planting operation lever 33 to the guide groove 110.
