According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for obtaining a dynamic blood vessel image based on a projection technique, carried out by an apparatus for processing a magnetic resonance image, comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining data on a plurality of frames by sampling signals received from a coil in the apparatus for processing a magnetic resonance image, and obtaining whole image data of a subject to be inspected based on the data on the plurality of frames； (b) separating, from the whole image data, data on a static background image of blood vessels before injecting a contrast agent into the blood vessels of the subject to be inspected, and data on a static background image of blood vessels after injecting the contrast agent into the blood vessels of the subject to be inspected； (c) obtaining dynamic blood vessel image data relating to an image of blood vessels into which the contrast agent has flowed, based on the whole image data from which the data on the static background image and the data on the dynamic background image has been separated； and (d) composing a dynamic blood vessel image based on the data on the dynamic blood vessel image.Un mode de réalisation de la présente invention concerne un procédé permettant d'obtenir une image de vaisseau sanguin dynamique, basé sur une technique de projection, mis en œuvre par un appareil de traitement d'une image de résonance magnétique, qui comprend les étapes consistant à : (a) obtenir des données sur une pluralité de trames par échantillonnage de signaux reçus depuis une bobine dans l'appareil de traitement d'une image de résonance magnétique, et obtenir des données d'image d'un sujet à examiner basées sur les données sur la pluralité de trames ； (b) séparer, à partir des données d'image entière, des données sur une image d'arrière-plan statique des vaisseaux sanguins avant injection d'un agent de contraste dans les vaisseaux sanguins du sujet à examiner, et des données sur une image d'arrièr
