PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing gaseous water for generating much water with 40 μm or less by ultrasound, and dispersing and circulating the water through a plurality of high electromagnetic flow passageways, thereby having a bubbling membrane on its outer surface with 30 nm or less of the particle size by Rayleigh distribution and thus exhibiting deodorant, antibacterial, and purification properties for a long time.SOLUTION: Atomized water with 40 μm or less is prepared by ultrasonic atomization, and is dispersed through a plurality of high electromagnetic flow passageways applied with at least 8,000 V or more of high electromagnetic field, so as to perform uniform Rayleigh distribution, and to generate gaseous water of the particle size of at least 30 nm or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 水を超音波で40μm以下で多量に生成のうえ複数の高電場流通路内に分散流通させ、レイリー分裂で粒径30nm以下でその外表面の水包膜を有し、長時に消臭、抗菌、浄化性を発揮するガス状化水の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】 超音波霧化によりその粒径が40μm以下の微粒化水となしたるうえ、少なくとも8000V以上の高電場の付加された複数の高電場流通路内に分散流通せしめて、均質にレイリー分裂を図り、少なくともその粒径が30nm以下のガス状化水を生成する。【選択図】図1
