PURPOSE: A traditional soybean malt containing green tea ingredients and preparing method thereof are provided, in which green tea powder or green tea extracts is added in the process of soybean malt, so traditional soybean malt is reduced its peculiar odor and has a natural flavor of Korean style. CONSTITUTION: A preparing method of soybean malt is characterized that green tea powder or extracts is added to the soybean and mixed, wherein the soybean is soaked and dehydrated or soaked and pulverized. The green tea powder or extracts is added 0.5-5 wt.pts. to 100 wt.pts. of soybean or soaked soybean.
