To provide a helmet with a pulse detection device capable of being attached to a body easily, which is excellent in a wearing feeling for an operator, etc., and does not interfere with work.SOLUTION: A helmet is mounted with a pulse wave detection device composed of: a pulse wave sensor for measuring a pulse wave of a subject, who is an operator; a flexible substrate formed of a flexible thin plate material, on one side of which the pulse wave sensor is attached and held; a first layer sheet formed of a flexible material, which is bonded and fixed to the other side opposite to the pulse wave sensor attaching side of the flexible substrate; a second layer sheet formed of a flexible material which is bonded and fixed from above the one side on which the pulse wave sensor is attached, of the flexible substrate; a third layer sheet formed of a flexible material, which is bonded and fixed covering the second layer sheet and the pulse wave sensor from above the second layer sheet; and a mounting member provided on an outer face opposite to a joint surface with the flexible substrate, of the first layer sheet.
