PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration capable of separating an application device from a vehicle body overall with easy operation in a work vehicle having the application device.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter as a work vehicle comprises a vehicle body, an application device 4 for a box application agent, a main frame 6, an intermediate frame 38, and a support case 33. The main frame 6 supports the application device 4 for the box application agent. The intermediate frame 38 supports the main frame 6. The support case 33 supports the intermediate frame 38. The intermediate frame 38 is supported relatively rotatably with respect to the support case 33 around a first rotary shaft 51. The main frame 6 has a shaft line different from the first rotary shaft and is supported relatively rotatably with respect to the intermediate frame 38 around a second rotary shaft 57 which is substantially parallel to the first rotary shaft 51. The rice transplanter comprises a transmission mechanism comprising a first transmission shaft 52 having the same shaft line as the first rotary shaft 51, a second transmission shaft 58 having the same shaft line as the second rotary shaft 57, and an intermediate shaft 41.
