That is ensured by synthesis at 22°C for 24 h and molar ratio of the following components: 1,12-dodecanediamine - ethyldiisopropylamine - N-hydroxysuccine imide ester N"б", NIm-di-tert-butyloxycarbonyl-L-histidine 2.3: 5.1: 5.1 in ethylacetate as a solvent, N, N-dimethylethylene diamine added to a reaction mixture (1 mole, 110 mcl) and mixed for 30 min, then sequentially washed out in 2 % citric acid (20 ml), water (20 ml), saturated solution NaHCO3 (20 ml) and water (20 ml) the solvent is removed in vacuum, by dissolving the rest of the mixture "ТФУ":CH2Cl2=1:1 (5 ml) the reaction mixture is kept for 1 h at room temperature, protective groups are removed by trifluoroacetic acid in vacuum, and the rest is boiled off with ethanol (3×10 ml).EFFECT: peptide-like compound allows extending the range of antiviral agents for treating and preventing cattle viral diseases with reliable reduction of virus reproductions due to stability of the chemical compound and preserved antiviral activity for 2 years.2 cl, 3 tbl, 5 exЗаявленная группа изобретений относится к ветеринарной вирусологии и касается пептидоподобного соединения, обладающего противовирусными свойствами, а также способа его получения. Для этого осуществляют синтез при 22°С в течение 24 ч и мольном соотношении следующих компонентов: 1,12-додекандиамин-этилдиизопропиламин-N-гидроксисукцинимидный эфир Nα,Nim-ди-трет-бутилоксикарбонил-L-гистидина 2.3:5.1:5.1 в этилацетате как растворителе, добавляют в реакционную смесь N,N-диметилэтилендиамин (1 моль, 110 мкл) и перемешивают ее в течение 30 мин, затем промывают последовательно 2%-ным раствором лимонной кислоты (20 мл), водой (20 мл), насыщенным раствором NaHCO3 (20 мл) и водой (20 мл), удаляют растворитель в вакууме, путем растворения остатка в смеси ТФУ:СН2Сl2=1:
