An interrupted suture is applied from a medial corner of the wound the filament is brought intradermally and brought out from the anterior skin flap, and transected at 7 cm from the skin. The sutures are left untight, and the skin is not jointed for 24-48 hours. If observing the following subcritical course of the wound process, the sutures are tightened, and the skin is closed tightly.
