PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper with a pleasant texture.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper has a length direction and a width direction which intersects with the length direction. The disposable diaper is characterized by having an absorbent body which absorbs liquid, side flaps which are located on both sides in the width direction, and a stretchable member which stretches along the length direction. Edge sections on the outer sides of the side flaps in the width direction are provided with wavy sections, in which protrusions protruding on the outer side in the width direction and recesses recessed on the outer side in the width direction are repeated alternately in the length direction.
