Disclosed herein is a microneedle patch loaded with a fat browning agent and a method for preparing the same, belonging to the technical field of transdermal administration. The microneedle patch comprises a substrate and an array of microneedles standing on the substrate. The microneedle is made of a polymer material and has a pyramidal structure. The polymer material is hyaluronic acid, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) or a mixture of both. The fat browning agent is loaded into the microneedles by pouring into a mold together with the polymer material. The microneedle patches provided by the invention can be directly administered subcutaneously to the subcutaneous adipose tissue. Upon a brief press, the drug-loaded microneedles can be embedded into the skin for drug release.Linvention concerne un patch à micro-aiguilles chargé dun agent de brunissement de graisse et son procédé de préparation, relevant du domaine technique de ladministration par voie transdermique. Le patch à micro-aiguilles comprend un substrat et une matrice de micro-aiguilles agencée verticalement sur le substrat. La micro-aiguille est constituée dun matériau polymère et a une structure pyramidale. Le matériau polymère est lacide hyaluronique, un poly(acide lactique-co-glycolique) ou un mélange des deux. Lagent de brunissement de graisse est chargé dans les micro-aiguilles par versement dans un moule conjointement avec le matériau polymère. Les patchs à micro-aiguilles selon linvention peuvent être directement administrés par voie sous-cutanée au tissu adipeux sous-cutané. Après une brève pression, les micro-aiguilles chargées de médicament peuvent être enfoncées dans la peau pour une libération du médicament.
