The present invention relates to a method for artificially incubating a reeve&prime；s turtle egg, wherein the method comprises: a soil covering step (S2) of filling up (S2a) a first sand layer (310) sterilized at a thickness (h1) of the first sand layer formed at 1-3 cm from the ground, arranging (S3b) one or more reeve&prime；s turtle eggs on the first sand layer (310), and re-covering (S2c) a second sand layer (320) sterilized at a thickness (h2) of the second sand layer formed at 1-3 cm； an anti-temperature and anti-humidity incubating step (S3) of maintaining the temperature of the first sand layer (310), reeve&prime；s turtle eggs (20), and second sand layer (320) at 27-32°；C for 50-60 days and maintaining a relative humidity in air at 80% or more； and a hatching preparing soil opening step (S5) of removing the second sand layer (320) covering the reeve&prime；s turtle eggs (20) after 50 days from the start of the anti-temperature and anti-humidity incubating step (S3) and maintaining the temperature and humidity. According to the present invention, a reeve&prime；s turtle egg is covered with sand, and a particular temperature is transferred to all the sand, so that the hatching rate of the reeve&prime；s turtle egg can be remarkably improved.본 발명은 남생이 알 인공 부화방법에 관한 것으로, 바닥면으로부터 1∼3㎝로 형성된 제1 모래층 두께(h1)로 멸균된 제1 모래층(310)을 성토하고(S2a), 상기 제1 모래층(310) 위에 하나 이상의 상기 남생이 알(20)을 배열(S3b)한 뒤 다시 1∼3㎝로 형성된 제2 모래층 두께(h2)로 멸균된 제2 모래층(320)를 덮는(S2c) 복토 단계(S2)；와, 상기 제1 모래층(310), 상기 남생이 알(20) 및 상기 제2 모래층(320)을 50~60일동안 지온이 27℃∼32℃로 유지되도록 하며, 공기 중의 상대습도는 80% 이상을 유지하도록 하는 항온 항습 부화 단계(S3)；와, 상기 항온 항습 부화 단계 시작 후 50일 경과 이후, 상기 남생이 알(20)을 덮고 있는 상기 제2 모래층(320)를 제거하고, 온도와 습도는 그대로 유지하는 부화 준비 개토 단계(S5)；를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 남생이 알 인공 부화방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 남생이 알을 멸균된 모래로 덮은 다음 상기 모래 전체에 일정한 온도가 전달되도록 구성함으로써, 상기 남생이 알의 부화율을 대단히 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다.
