Concern of needle sticking does not occur by sliding and withdrawing a syringe security cap from an area opposed to a needle front end, and covering a needle with the cap without reusing a needle protecting cap. A needle is efficiently and safely covered to prevent infection of pathogens according to secondary infection by needle sticking after disuse as well as in use.
