This invention discloses a roaster with hot stone energy which comprises a roasting tank, a heating unit, and an operating device. The roasting tank is a hollow tank which has an opening on the top and a closure in the bottom. The roasting tank comprises a housing, an inner tank, and at least a heat conductor. The housing surrounds the outer of the roasting tank, and the inner tank disposes in the housing. There is a chamber between the housing and the inner tank, and the heat conductor filling the chamber. The heating unit is disposed under the roasting tank to provide heat energy to the roasting tank. The operating device comprises actuating unit and a transmitting shaft. The actuating unit is disposed near the bottom of the roasting tank, and one side of the transmitting shaft is connected to the bottom of the roasting tank, the other side is disposed on the actuating unit.
