PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic containing pyridone-based compound by which the adsorption of an active ingredient on a resin is effectively inhibited, while the effectiveness is sufficiently expressed, and the finished feeling of the hair after the use is improved, and to provide a method for inhibiting the adsorption of the pyridone-based compound on the resin.SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic containing pyridone-based compound is obtained by formulating (B) a cationic surfactant, (C) a 14-24C linear aliphatic alcohol and (D) a compound having a polyglycerol skeleton, with a hair cosmetic containing (A) a 1-hydroxy-2-pyridone-based compound and stored in a container formed out of an olefinic resin.
