PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic solution comprising stabilized latanoprost of an active ingredient, by suppressing adsorption of the latanoprost for a long term even when keeping at room temperature because the latanoprost of a prostaglandin glaucoma therapeutic agent is easily adsorbed on resin containers, the adsorption is rather temperature-dependent and refrigerated storage is required to keep for a long term.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic solution capable of suppressing adsorption of effective ingredients on resin containers and having excellent stability capable of being held at room temperature for a long term can be obtained by compounding monostearic acid polyethylene glycol in the ophthalmic solution as an adsorption inhibitor.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】プロスタグランジン系緑内障治療薬であるラタノプロストは、樹脂製容器に吸着しやすく、また、その吸着は温度依存的であるため、長期間保存するためには冷蔵での保存が必須とされている。そこで、室温に保存した場合であっても長期間吸着を抑制し、有効成分であるラタノプロストが安定化した優れた点眼液を提供する。【解決手段】点眼液にモノステアリン酸ポリエチレングリコールを吸着抑制剤として配合することにより、長期間有効成分の樹脂製容器への吸着を抑制でき、室温保存可能な安定性に優れた点眼液が得られる。【選択図】なし
