PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body liquid absorbing article which is thin, light-weight, and also, is excellent in liquid absorbing rate and absorbing capability, and also, to provide the body liquid absorbing article which hardly has the movement and the deflection of an absorbing body during use, generates no shape collapsing, and can demonstrate the performance.
SOLUTION: This disposable body liquid absorbing article is constituted of a liquid-permeable sheet, a liquid-impermeable sheet, and an absorbing composite which is inserted between them. The absorbing composite is constituted of a base material and a water-absorbing resin. 50% or higher of the total water-absorbing resin is bonded to the base material. In this case, the resin ratio of the absorbing composite to the total absorbing composite body weight is from 65 to 99 mass%, the resin area filling factor is 5 to 90%, and the total surface area coefficient is 0.3 to 3.
