Disclosed is an isolated monoclonal antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof that specifically binds to Kallidin or des-Arg10-Kallidin but not to Bradykinin or des-Arg9-Bradykinin, wherein the antibody or antigen binding fragment comprises six CDRs and is as defined in the complete specification. Further disclosed is the use of said antibody or antigen binding fragment thereof to manufacture a medicament for the treatment of a Kallidin or des-Arg10-Kallidin-associated diseases or disorders including chronic pain.
