PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope, an endoscope device, an endoscope diagnostic method, and an endoscope diagnostic program capable of detecting performance deterioration in an image pickup device.SOLUTION: An endoscope device includes an endoscope including an imaging unit provided in the tip part. The imaging unit includes an image pickup device including a pixel part for converting received light into a voltage signal, a signal processing part for converting the voltage signal into a digital signal, and an information addition unit for adding information for error detection to the digital signal and outputting it as output data, and a humidity sensor.
