PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT scanner capable of photographing a necessary number of tomograms in a short time and an X-ray tube system used for the X-ray CT scanner.
SOLUTION: The X-ray CT scanner has a rotary frame 21, a deflector 29 deflecting an electron beam from an X-ray tube 13, a first angle detector 25 detecting the angle of the X-ray tube rotating around a subject as a first angle detection signal, a first X-ray detector 35 detecting the position of the electron beam from the X-ray tube as a second angle detection signal, a second X-ray detector 33 monitoring the strength of an X-ray from the X-ray tube, an integrating circuit control signal generation circuit outputting an integrating circuit control signal to control the action of an integrating circuit integrating output from the first X-ray detector each time the X-ray tube moves by a fixed angle unit, and an absolute address specification means to specify an absolute address of a focal point angle position (area) by combining the first angle detection signal obtained by the first angle detector and the second angle detection signal obtained by the first X-ray detector.
