To provide a technique that regulates the passing through of pets when a door is opened in a doorway opened and closed in a swing door.SOLUTION: A passing through regulation device is the device for regulating the passing through when a door is opened in a doorway 102 opened and closed with a swing door 101. The passing through regulation device includes a first supporting part 1, a second supporting part 2 and a regulation part 3. The first supporting part 1 is mounted at the position being near to a door end 101a of an inner face of the swing door 101. The second supporting part 2 is mounted at the side edge 102b of the doorway 102.
