PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug dispensing device which permits drugs to be always positioned in prescribed positions and to be appropriately dispensed even when storage quantity is a fraction while increasing the storage quantity of blister packages and realizing quick dispensing.SOLUTION: A storage container storing the blister packages in a stacked condition has an ejection opening and an opening and closing door 10. The opening and closing door 10 has a holding portion 19 movable to a holding position where it holds the blister packages discharged from the ejection opening of the storage container and a release position where it releases them, an urging portion urging the holding portion 19 to the holding position, and a reference plane which permits the lower edges of the blister packages to butt against the plane and position them when the holding portion is moved to the release position.
