This invention relates to a rapid defrosting tray, comprising a thermal conductive metal substrate, a thermal conductive ceramic coating formed on top of the metal substrate, and an inorganic nanocoating formed on top of the ceramic coating. The ceramic coating is provided to enhance heat conductivity of the metal substrate.
