A cell support composite 10 includes: a substrate 20 formed of an artificial material； a laminin molecule 30 or a fragment thereof which adheres to at least a part of the substrate 20； and a culture cell 40 attached to the substrate 20 via the laminin molecule 30 or the fragment thereof. The laminin molecule 30 improves the stability of the single layer epithelial structure of the culture cells 40 against the cell support composite 10. Furthermore, the laminin molecule 30 prevents formation of pores in the single layer epithelial structure.
