PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly acquire a tomographic image of a specimen.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic image photographing apparatus includes: a light source a splitter for splitting light from the light source into a measuring optical path and a reference optical path an optical scanner arranged on the measuring optical path to scan light on a specimen and a detector for detecting light obtained by combining light reflected by the specimen and emitted from the measuring optical path and light from the reference optical path to photograph a tomographic image of the specimen on the basis of an output signal from the detector.
