PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging device capable of keeping a polarization state without moving a measurement light source by simplifying a drive mechanism, and capable of preventing deterioration of wavelength separation performance in a dichroic mirror.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic imaging device acquires a tomographic image of an examined object on the basis of light obtained by wave-combining return light from the examined object irradiated with measurement light through a scanning part and reference light corresponding to the measurement light. The optical tomographic imaging device has: a division part dividing light emitted from the light source into the measurement light and the reference light and a focusing part disposed between the division part and the scanning part in an optical path of the measurement light.
