PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transmission device applicable for precise seedling transmission of ball-shape seedlings set in bowls, along the lengthwise and transverse directions.SOLUTION: A board-shaped seedling transmission platform 1 is obliquely supported on a machine body through a railer 4 and a pulley. A square space is set at the lower part of the seedling transmission platform, wherein a seedling transmission belt 9 is attached by a driving roller 7 and a tension roller 11. A non-return bearing or a ratchet teeth mechanism is equipped between the driving roller and a shaft 6 thereof, and the initial position of the seedling transmission belt is made manually adjustable individually. On the seedling mounting surface of the seedling transmission device, lengthwise trapezoidal positioning ribs 2 are arranged to prevent accumulated error of transverse displacement and transverse trapezoidal positioning ribs 14 are arranged to prevent accumulated error of rice seedling lengthwise displacement. Thereby, ball-shape seedlings can be transmitted with high accuracy along the lengthwise direction and the transverse direction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】鉢内に配置された毬状の苗を横向きおよび縦向き高精度に送ることが可能な苗送り装置を提供する。【解決手段】平板状苗送り台1が傾いてレーラ4と滑り車によって機体に支えられる。苗送り台の下部分に矩形スペースが設置され、そこで苗送りベルト9が駆動ローラー7とテンションローラー11によって取り付けられる。駆動ローラーとその軸6の間に逆止め軸受け、あるいは、ラチュット歯車機構が備え付けられ、苗送りベルトの初期位置がマニュアルで別々の調整ができるようになる。苗送り台の苗載せ面に稲苗の横向き変位の累積誤差を防ぐため、縦向き台形状位置決めリブ2が設置されるとともに,苗送りベルトの稲苗縦向き変位累積誤差を抑えるため、横向き台形状位置決めリブ14が設置される。それによって苗送り装置が縦の方向、および横の方向で鉢毬状苗を高精度で運べる。【選択図】図1
