PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug storing state indicating mechanism of a medicine preparing apparatus, specifying a tablet cassette in which the loaded amount of tablet sheets has become insufficient by an indicating part on a shelf board of a cassette shelf even when using a tablet cassette having a width corresponding to the sheet width of the tablet sheet.SOLUTION: This medicine preparing apparatus 1 includes the cassette shelf 600 in which a plurality of tablet cassettes 500 respectively having a cassette width corresponding to the width of PTP tablet sheet are arranged in a row in the width direction.
