PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine takeout mechanism for medicine dispensation apparatus capable of supplying large amounts of medicine sheets stably.SOLUTION: A medicine dispensation apparatus according to the present invention has: a tablet cassette 500 in which one-surface sides of PTP tablet sheets 901, 902, and so on are arranged opposite to each other with the pockets of the PTP tablet sheet not overlapping each other and the PTP tablet sheets 901, 902, and so on to are stored in sets of two sheets and a takeout unit 400 in which the PTP tablet sheets stored in sets are taken out from the tablet cassette 500 in units of a set or in a multiple of a set. The medicine dispensation apparatus further includes a separation prevention plate 435 for preventing the PTP tablet sheets 901, 902, and so on to be taken out from being separated from each other, in downstream in a takeout direction of a takeout port 5318 formed in a front wall of the tablet cassette 500 to take out the PTP tablet sheets.
