PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a counting device of a drug dispenser, which normally and stably counts the number of medicine sheets even when a plurality of medicine sheets are simultaneously discharged, and also to provide an inventory management device using the same.SOLUTION: In the counter 431 of the drug dispenser 1, PTP tablet sheets 900 (901, 902, ...) are stored in each tablet cassette by oppositely arranging the pocket faces of the PTP tablet sheets so as to obtain sets each having two PTP tablet sheets 900. The count number of superimposition parts of the sets of the PTP tablet sheets 900 stored in the tablet cassette is defined as one.
